Please note that all Kaliber products must be returned through the reseller from whom they were purchased. Kaliber does not accept direct returns. You must adhere to your reseller’s returns policy.

‍Return for a safety boot or shoe size swap:
If you wish to exchange any goods (e.g., for incorrect sizing), the goods must be returned in their original condition, including the original box.
All goods will be inspected on return to ensure they are still in a saleable condition. If not, the reseller will contact you and explain why a replacement product cannot be provided.

‍Return of safety footwear or other products due to factory fault:
If your boots or shoes have a suspected factory fault and are less than six months old, you may provide a photo of the fault to your reseller.
If the photo does not clearly show an obvious factory fault, the reseller may request that the product be returned.

Upon receipt and inspection, if it is determined that there is a factory fault, the reseller will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference. If the product has been mistreated, the reseller will explain why a refund cannot be granted.

All returns must be arranged and processed through your reseller.
